The company was co-founded by a senior professor in the field of international business management from Iran and Dr. Lin, a Chinese expert with extensive international business management experience and a background as a head of overseas markets for both large state-owned and private enterprises.

The Iranian founder holds significant influence in both the Iranian business community and academia. His book, "International Marketing," was selected by the Iranian Higher Education Commission as a designated textbook for Iranian higher education institutions. Their collaboration has not only established a solid academic foundation for the company but also provided strong guidance and support for our business development.

Amid the backdrop of the "Belt and Road" initiative promoted by the governments of China and Iran, the two founders recognized the immense potential for Sino-Iranian trade cooperation. They are determined to leverage their respective professional strengths to build a bridge that helps Chinese enterprises enter the Iranian market smoothly while also supporting the development of Iranian enterprises in the Chinese market. Mortaza is the head of the marketing department. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Tehran and an MBA. He is particularly familiar with Iran’s industrial chemicals and industrial machinery markets. With many years of experience in the market, he has a detailed understanding of Iran down to the smallest detail, down to every street and every market.

Yousef, Senior Manager, holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tehran. He has worked in Iran for many years and is well versed in the Iranian market dynamics. He is fluent in Persian and can communicate using professional terminology, providing efficient support for business activities in the Iranian market.

Lily is a legal advisor and the only Chinese student studying at the Law School of the University of Tehran. She is a graduate student majoring in international law in finance and trade. She is fluent in Persian.
